Strata is currently searching for UBD/MPD Engineers.  We are looking for engineers of varying levels of experience, however at minimum, the successful applicants will be experienced in UBD/MPD operations as well as:

 Knowledge of well control best practices
 Application of drilling engineering and well planning
 Pore pressure/fracture pressure determination
 Knowledge of underbalanced and managed pressure drilling
 Understanding of rig systems and rig floor operations
 Rig site acumen and supervisory skills
 Competency to plan, problem solve, organize, direct, and control Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
 Fundamental knowledge of Reservoir, Production, Drilling, & Completions engineering
