Surface Recovery & Separation

At Strata Energy, we want to provide the best operational capacity in the world, so our Surface Recovery & Separation Systems are designed and built by expert field personnel to withstand large variables of temperatures and conditions.

Strata Energy currently operates a fleet of trailer mounted and skid mounted drilling recovery systems in a variety of configurations, all designed for the rapidly growing field of Underbalanced and Managed Pressure Drilling.

We believe in taking a "site specific" approach during the design and constitution of our equipment. By increasing the efficiency of our units while reducing the footprint size on the drilling location, our goal is to maintain a cutting edge formula that allows for greater project success and cost savings for our clients.

With full 4 phase, 500 psi trailer mounted vessels and 5000 psi drill manifold systems we are able to maintain fluid flow rates of 30,000 bbl/day and gas flow rates of up to 65,000 mmscf/day. Through these design advantages we can offer industry-leading mobilization and rig up, and assembly times for our Surface Recovery and Separation equipment.
