Strata Leadership Team

Strata Energy's proven track record in Underbalanced and Managed Pressure drilling operations begins and ends with our people - from our field supervisors and crewmembers to our project managers and design engineers.

Our company started where all technology companies should: gaining practical experience in the field. Our people played an integral role in the development and application of Performance Drilling technology in the earliest days of the industry, learning the best applications of the technology.

Today, that born-in-the-field understanding has resulted in our leadership position in Performance Drilling operations. Not only do our people excel in the application of Underbalanced Drilling technology, they were integral in the design of our proprietary technologies and field processes.
