Our RFD series allows for safe and economical well control, with compact designs, multi sealing technology, and flanged connections on all Strata RFD 5000 & RFD 3000 connections over ½" in diameter. Complimenting the rig's traditional BOP stack, the Strata Rotating Flow Diverter systems form a positive seal on the drill pipe or Kelly to safely divert the flow from the annulus away from the rig floor Our complete line of patented Rotating Flow Diverters is capable of handling pressures of up to 5,000 psi. One of the only integral diverters on the market, our RFD series allows for a safe and economical means of well control for a wide range of drilling applications.

Operational & Safety Advantages:

• Varying flange sizes to allow for easy rig up to the annular BOP
• The bearing assembly houses the bearings and the main sealing element, and is held in the main housing by a clamp assembly for easy removable in the case of repair or replacement
• The housing assembly is designed with a large diameter bore to accept the Bottom Hole Assembly and large drill bits
• Compact design allows the RFD to fit under most drilling rigs without modifications or jacking of the rig
• The only Multi Sealing Technology on the market, creating safer operations without the added height associated with other diverters offering dual seals
